Re: great fic!

You meaning it is what I'm thanking you for!

Oh, and the other fic currently on lj, I hasten to point out, is unfinished.

Re: great fic!

Just now working out how to use LJ to access your fics. Hey, that was funny! And surprisingly in-character. The "It's a romantic comedy" line cracked me up, and so did the audible thud. Or was it thump? Anyway, do post this on FFN. They'll really like over there. Post it under "Humour", I think. I really liked the device to get them back, and Ron's line about the cupboards is really - it's one of the best Ron-lines I've ever read, captures his earthy brand of wisdom perfectly. There was one thing also that I liked, hmm.. what.. well, can't remember, but I really thought it was a perfect little gem in its own very special way.

Re: great fic!

PutMoney, is that you?

I'm really glad you enjoyed this one. It's also up at TQP.

I had considered carrying it over to FF.Net, but their Terms of Service disallow fics featuring real people, so the last scenes with the actors pretty much disqualifies it.

I am quite pleased with this one, but I have to admit, Ron doesn't feel quite right to me. He's close, but a little off, somehow. (Although I am proud of the "cupboards" line. I'm just not wild about how his friends act like he's too stupid to have come up with it.)

Thanks for a great review!

BTW, I see you commented as "Anonymous," which i totally respect, but if you're going to be able to read all my stuff, you need to be logged in for my journal to "recognize" that you're you. You can still post comments as anonymous -- and may have done, in fact, so I recognize that this caveat may be redundant -- but it's the only way locked posts can work.
